Let the bird nest soak in water until it expand/soft, then clean them under running water and remove the remaining impurities.

将浸泡好的燕窝放入炖盅里, 再加入熱水.
Place the bird nest into steaming pot, add in hot water.

将炖盅放进加有熱水的电子沙煲里, 隔水炖半至1个小时.
Place the steaming pot into slow cooker with hot water, and stew for half to 1 hour.

步骤4 / Step4

炖好后的燕窝取出, 加糖即可享用.
Add in honey sugar, ready for serve.
